Teacher Training Information
Down dog yoga is part of a wonderful group of yogis and yoginis in Southern California. In collaboration with Cloud Nine Yoga, I am the instructor and program director, along with Valinda Cochella of the South Bay Cloud Nine Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Cloud Nine Yoga, a registered Yoga Alliance school since 2001, is a community-based, non-dogmatic Yoga Education entity with a history of facilitating the awakening of many hearts and teaching freedom of the mind & body. Each training group works together to promote and inspire growth, healing and transformation for each individual participant. Our playfulness, gentle guidance and spiritually focused approach provide a welcome and loving atmosphere for all ages and levels of students.
The South Bay Teacher Training Program is held at the Redondo Beach Spectrum Club, one of many Spectrum Clubs located throughout Southern California.

- Once weekly evening lecture 7-10 pm
- 1-2 Weekends per month
- Saturday and Sunday 1:30 to 6:30 pm
